Does 1321 ship Zushi internationally?
Yes. We ship Zushi to twenty countries: the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and sixteen countries across Europe including France, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
Where can I buy Zushi outside the US?
Right here. 1321 is a Los Angeles stockist and we ship the Zushi lineup direct from the shop in Venice to Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
How much does international shipping cost?
It depends on your destination and the weight of your order. The exact rate is calculated live at checkout and shown to you before you pay, so there is nothing to guess at.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed within one to two business days. Transit is usually one to two weeks for Europe and Canada and two to three weeks for Australia and New Zealand, depending on how fast customs clears in your country.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Possibly. Import duties and taxes are charged by your own country, not by us, and they are collected by the carrier or customs when the parcel arrives. The amount depends on your local thresholds.
Is my order tracked?
Yes. Every international order ships with tracking and the number is emailed to you when the label is created.
Can I return an international order?
Apparel returns are store credit only within five days of delivery. Return shipping on international orders is the customer's responsibility. Check the returns page for the full policy before you order.
Do you ship vapes or nicotine products internationally?
No. Vapes and nicotine products are in store only at 1321 Venice Blvd and are never shipped. Online orders are apparel, glass, hardware and accessories.
