Puffco store, dealer, retailer or pen, and what each one means
People look for the same shop half a dozen different ways. All of these end up at the same counter on Venice Blvd.
"Puffco pen"
Usually means the pen-shaped, pocketable ones. That is the Proxy and the Pivot. Both are in store, and they feel very different in the hand. Our Peak Pro vs Proxy vs Pivot page goes through the differences if you want to read up first.
"Puffco dealer" or "retailer"
Means an authorized one, sourced through Puffco rather than a third party. We are an authorized Puffco retailer, so every device is genuine and eligible for the full manufacturer warranty, handled by Puffco directly.
"Puffco glass near me"
Chambers, bubblers, replacement glass and carb caps. Parts are what most regulars come back for, so we keep them on hand instead of ordering them in. See Puffco parts and accessories.
"How much is a Puffco"
Authorized pricing is consistent across sellers, so the number is the same here as anywhere legitimate. Current figures are on the 2026 Puffco price list.
Why people drive here instead of ordering
Puffco sells online and so do we. But there are four reasons the counter still wins.
You hold it first
The Proxy feels nothing like the Peak Pro in your hand. Picking both up takes a few seconds and usually settles it.
Same day, no shipping
You walk out with it the same day. Nothing to wait on and nothing sitting on a porch.
Authorized and authentic
We are an authorized Puffco retailer. Every device is genuine, warranty eligible, and comes through Puffco directly.
Parts when you need them
Crack a chamber on a Friday night and you can have a new one in about ten minutes. We stock the consumables as well as the devices.
A word on counterfeits
Fake Peak Pro and Proxy units are common on auction sites, marketplace apps and unauthorized third party sellers. They use unregulated batteries, they will not register for warranty, and Puffco will not service them. If a price looks far below retail, that is usually why.
An authorized retailer is how you know the unit is genuine and how your warranty stays valid. If you already own one and it needs attention, our cleaning guide covers chambers and glass without damaging either.

Questions before you drive over
Where can I buy a Puffco in store near me in Los Angeles?
1321 is an authorized Puffco retailer at 1321 Venice Blvd, Venice, CA 90291, open daily from 11am to midnight. We serve Venice, Santa Monica, Marina del Rey, Culver City, Mar Vista, Playa del Rey and the wider Westside. Call 310 759 5232 to confirm a specific model before you drive.
Is 1321 an authorized Puffco dealer?
Yes. 1321 is an authorized Puffco retailer, which means every device we sell is genuine, sourced through Puffco, and eligible for the full manufacturer warranty. Unauthorized sellers cannot offer that, and Puffco will not service a unit bought outside its authorized channel.
Do you have Puffco in stock right now?
The product grid above pulls live availability and pricing from our catalog, so it is current. Limited colorways and specific chambers still move fast, so call ahead and we will check the shelf for you.
Do you sell the Puffco pen models?
If you mean the pen-shaped, pocketable devices, yes. The Proxy and the Pivot are both in store. The Proxy is modular and takes different glass; the Pivot is the compact glass-free one. Our comparison page breaks down the difference.
Can I see and hold the devices before buying?
Yes, and it is worth doing. We will put the Peak Pro, Proxy and Pivot on the counter next to each other so you can feel the size and weight difference for yourself.
Do you sell Puffco replacement glass and chambers?
Yes. We stock 3D and 3DXL chambers, Proxy Cores, Peak Pro glass, Proxy glass and carb caps. See Puffco parts and accessories for the full list.
Can I order online and pick it up in the store?
Yes. Order from the Puffco collection and choose free local pickup at checkout. We will have it ready at the counter, which is the fastest way to guarantee a specific model or colorway is held for you.
How do I know a Puffco dealer is authorized?
Authorized dealers buy through Puffco, price at retail, and can register your device for warranty. Deep discounts, unbranded packaging and marketplace listings are the warning signs. If you are unsure about a seller, check with Puffco before you buy.
Is it cheaper to buy a Puffco online?
Authorized pricing is consistent, so you are generally not saving money by ordering online once shipping is factored in. Listings priced far below retail are usually counterfeit or grey market units with no warranty.
Do I need to be 21 to buy a Puffco?
Yes. You must be 21 or older with valid government issued ID. We check every time, no exceptions.
What are your hours, and is there parking?
Open every day from 11am to midnight, including weekends and most holidays. Street parking is available on Venice Blvd and the residential side streets just off it, and evenings are usually easy.
Open until midnight, every day
Bring your questions. Nobody here is in a rush, and it is easier to get it right the first time than to swap it later.
All products are for adults 21 and over. Valid government issued ID required for every purchase. 1321 only sells products permissible by the City of Los Angeles and the State of California.
