Every ceramic heating chamber has a life. Residue works into the ceramic where no amount of iso reaches it, and what you taste after that is old material rather than new. Swapping the e-chamber brings a Ghost 2 back to the way it hit out of the box, which is a far cheaper answer than replacing the device.

Rule of thumb: if the vapor tastes muted at a temperature that used to be perfect, or you are creeping the setting up to get the same pull, it is time.
