The mouthpiece comes off the side, so water cannot travel straight up into it.

A sidecar puts the mouthpiece at an angle to the chamber rather than directly above it. That geometry is what stops splashback on a hard pull, and it also means your face is not over the device while you draw, which is more comfortable on a small rig.

Glass only, the Puffco Pivot is not included, and this does not fit a Peak or a Proxy.

Which Pivot top

Four options on the same device. This one is the biggest and the splash-proof one. The Fab Egg is the heaviest diffusion. The Plateau is the compact wet top. The BigFUN! Tricolor runs dry with no water at all and is the cheapest way to change the look.
