Storz & Bickel recommend replacing the balloon and mouthpiece roughly every two weeks, which is not upselling, it is hygiene. Balloon material picks up condensate and eventually tastes like it. A fresh balloon is the cheapest possible flavor upgrade to a Volcano.

These are the ready to use version, already assembled with the valve and mouthpiece, so there is no cutting or fitting. If you would rather make your own and save money over time, buy the balloon tube instead.
