The plate is the grind. These are the Pro versions: thicker, keyed, and built to be swapped every day.

Every plate here is cut from food grade 304 stainless and made noticeably thicker than the 2.0 and 2.5 inch Premium plates, so it processes faster and will not bend under a full 7g load. A keyed notch on the plate locks into the Pro Mill and keeps it seated and aligned however hard the mill gets worked. Changing consistency is still seconds and no tools. The center rod is fixed to the plate, so there is no loose hardware to lose.

The #3 Medium ships in the box with the 3.5 inch Pro Mill, so these five are the ones you add. The two fine plates are new for the Pro, with chamfered bottoms so fine material passes through instead of clumping in the holes, and the #6 Coarse XL is a size that only exists at 3.5 inch.

Check your mill first

These fit the 3.5 inch Pro Mill ONLY. They will not fit the 2.5 inch or 2.0 inch Premium, which take their own plates, and they will not fit either Standard at all, because the Standard runs a fixed plate. If you bought the Pro Kit, you already have all six of these.
