A grinder with teeth tears flower apart. A mill rolls it across a screen and lets it crumble where it already wants to break, which is why what comes out is fluffy and even instead of shredded and packed. The Premium Stainless is Flower Mill's top build of that idea: stainless steel throughout rather than aluminum, and swappable milling plates so the consistency is a setting rather than something you accept.

A removable pollen screen catches everything worth catching underneath, and the lower catch comes off with a quick release so cleanup is not a project. The Medium plate ships in the box, and the rest of the range swaps in from there.

Premium or Standard

The difference is the plate. The Premium takes interchangeable plates so you can run extra fine for a vape and extra coarse for a bowl out of the same mill. The Standard uses a fixed plate and cannot take them. If you only ever grind one way, the Standard does the same milling for less.
