Authorized dealer · In stock in Venice · 1321 Venice Blvd
Two desktops, two portables, and the parts that keep all four running. 1321 is an authorized Storz & Bickel dealer and the whole flagship line is on the floor in Venice, which is not a sentence many shops in Los Angeles can write.
There is a particular kind of purchase where the internet stops being useful. You have read the reviews, you have watched the videos, and you still do not know whether a Volcano is going to sit on your table or in a cupboard, or whether the Venty is genuinely worth the jump from the Mighty+. That is a thing you work out by holding both of them. So this is the honest rundown of what we keep, what each one is actually for, and what to expect when you walk in.
The two desktops
Volcano Classic
The Classic is purely electromechanical, and that is the whole argument for it. Nothing to update, nothing to pair, no firmware to go obsolete. You turn a dial to a number between one and nine, the light goes out when it is ready, and you fill a bag. Full convection, which is why the flavor holds across the entire balloon rather than fading. People are still running units they bought twenty years ago, and that is not marketing, that is just what happens when a thing has no software in it.
Two things worth knowing before you buy one. There is no auto shutoff, which is deliberate on a mechanical device but does mean you turn it off yourself. And it is balloon only, no tube.
Volcano Hybrid
The Hybrid is the same icon with everything the analog version could not do. Set the temperature to the exact degree, fill a balloon or pull straight off the tube, both included in the box. The real upgrade is hidden in the base: a heated metal ring conducts heat directly into the chamber before the fan kicks in, which is why the first bag off a Hybrid comes out noticeably thicker than the first bag off a Classic.
Forty seconds to heat, thirty minute auto shutoff, LED touch panel. One caveat we would rather you heard from us than found out at home: the companion app is Bluetooth and browser based, and it does not work on iOS. Everything on the device works from the touch buttons without it, so this only matters if you were buying it for the app.
The two portables
Mighty+
The Mighty has held the top of the portable category for years and the plus is a refinement rather than a reinvention. The filling chamber is ceramic coated now, which is the change that matters most day to day, because ceramic resists chazzing and comes clean instead of staining permanently the way bare aluminum does. Charging moved to USB-C with a supercharge that gets it to eighty percent in about forty minutes, so it stopped being the device you forgot to plug in.
About sixty seconds to heat, convection and conduction together, and it fits a jacket pocket. If you want one device that will still be working in five years and you do not care about being first, this is it.
Venty
The fastest thing they make, and the first portable of its kind with an airflow dial. That dial is the headline. Open it up and it moves twenty liters a minute, which is more air than any other portable, so the draw is effortless instead of the tight restrictive pull you put up with on most pocket vapes. Close it down and the vapor concentrates for flavor. Roughly twenty seconds to heat off a new mini heater, dual cells, ceramic chamber, USB-C supercharge.
Put plainly, the Venty is the closest thing to carrying a Volcano around. If the airflow on your current portable is the thing that annoys you, this is the one to come and try.
Which one, in one line
| Device | Buy it if |
|---|---|
| Volcano Classic | You want a bag machine that will outlive you and you never want to think about software |
| Volcano Hybrid | You want bag and whip, exact temperature, and the thickest first pull |
| Mighty+ | You want the proven portable workhorse and do not need the newest thing |
| Venty | Airflow and heat up speed are what you care about most |
Authorized dealer, and why that matters here
1321 is an authorized Storz & Bickel dealer. On most brands that is a line of small print nobody reads. On this one it is worth two minutes of your attention, because these are expensive German machines and expensive German machines get faked.
Buying from an authorized dealer means two simple things. The unit is genuine, built in Germany by the people whose name is on it. And the manufacturer warranty is valid, which on a device at this price is most of the reason you are paying it. A gray market Volcano at a suspiciously good price is not a bargain, it is a gamble with no warranty behind it and no way to get parts when the thing you are gambling on stops working.
We are also the people who will still be here when you need a screen set or a cooling unit in two years. That is the other half of buying local.
The parts nobody plans for
This is the part people find out about eighteen months in, so here it is up front. Balloons and mouthpieces are consumables. Storz & Bickel say replace them roughly every two weeks, which is hygiene rather than upselling, because balloon material picks up condensate and eventually tastes like it. We keep the Easy Valve replacement set if you want them pre-assembled, and the balloon tube if you would rather cut your own and save money over time. The full Easy Valve starter set and the Hybrid starter set are both here for rebuilds.
On the portable side, the Mighty wear and tear set is the single best thing you can buy for a tired Mighty. It renews the whole cooling unit, which is the part doing the hardest work and the part people blame the device for. And the brush set fits every device the brand makes. Brush the screens while the unit is still warm and residue lifts instead of setting.
The full range lives on the Storz & Bickel collection, and everything else that keeps a device alive is under vape parts.
Why you should come hold one
Nobody buys a Volcano on a whim. They read about it for a month, then they want to see one. The difference between the Classic and the Hybrid is obvious in about ninety seconds standing in front of both, and almost impossible to settle from photographs. Same with the two portables. The Venty is bigger in the hand than people expect and the Mighty+ is heavier than it looks, and those two facts decide it for most people.
We are on Venice Blvd, open every single day until midnight, which means you can come after work rather than sprinting across town at six. If you would rather have it shipped, all four ship normally from the site. If you are somewhere in between, order it and pick it up here.

Questions people ask
Where can I buy a Volcano vaporizer in Los Angeles?
1321, at 1321 Venice Blvd in Venice, CA 90291. Both the Volcano Classic and the Volcano Hybrid are physically in the shop, not ordered in, so you can see one running before you buy. Open every day from 11AM until midnight.
Do you have the Venty in stock?
Yes. The Venty is in stock in Venice and it ships from the site. It is also on the floor, so you can try the airflow dial against a Mighty+ before deciding.
Volcano Classic or Volcano Hybrid?
The Classic is purely mechanical with a nine setting dial and balloon only, and there is nothing in it to go obsolete. The Hybrid adds exact temperature control to the degree, tube inhalation as well as balloons, and a heated ring in the base that makes the first bag noticeably thicker. Come and stand in front of both, it takes about ninety seconds to know which one is yours.
Mighty+ or Venty?
The Mighty+ is the proven workhorse, around sixty seconds to heat, ceramic chamber, pocketable. The Venty heats in about twenty seconds and is the only one with an adjustable airflow dial that opens up to twenty liters a minute. If restrictive draw is what bothers you about portables, the Venty is the answer. If you want the safest long term buy, the Mighty+.
Do you carry Storz & Bickel replacement parts?
Yes. Easy Valve starter and replacement sets, the Hybrid starter set, the balloon tube, the Mighty wear and tear set and the brush set are all stocked. Balloons and mouthpieces are consumables and want replacing every couple of weeks.
Is 1321 an authorized Storz & Bickel dealer?
Yes. 1321 is an authorized Storz & Bickel dealer, so every unit is genuine and the manufacturer warranty is valid. That matters more on this brand than most, because devices at this price get counterfeited.
Can I order online and pick up in Venice?
Yes. Everything in the Storz & Bickel range ships from shop1321.com, and you can also collect it at 1321 Venice Blvd. Shipping goes out on business days only.
