Dab Tools and Carb Caps

Loaders, Tips & Collabs · Venice, CA

Dab tools, heated and otherwise.

Cold metal and concentrate do not get along. Whatever you are loading sticks to the tool, strings out on the way to the bowl, and leaves a little of itself behind every time. A heated tool warms the tip just enough that the dab lets go cleanly, which is less waste per gram and no torching your dabber to get it moving.

Three heated loaders live here. The Puffco Hot Knife is the one most Peak and Proxy owners end up with. The Focus V Saber gives you three heat levels and an LED spotlight in the nose, which matters more than it sounds like when you are loading a dark chamber at night, and its replacement tips are cheap enough that a bent one never costs you the tool. The Dr Dabber Drop rounds it out. Torn between the first two? We put the Focus V Saber vs Puffco Hot Knife head to head.

The rest of the case is the opposite of electronics: hand-made collab pieces like the Dan's Rollin Up x Good Art Hollywood tool and the Dripstix UV reactive packer, made in small enough numbers that what is here is what there is. If you are still choosing a rig to go with any of it, the e-rigs and concentrate vapes are one aisle over, and if you are new to all of it, start with our guide to taking your first dab. 1321 Venice Blvd, open every day till midnight, free local pickup.
