The round base holds its water in a sphere, which drops the weight low and gives the smoke a wide surface to cross before it enters the tube. At twelve inches there is real distance between the bowl and the mouthpiece.

Clear borosilicate on a 14mm female joint, so any standard bowl, downstem or ash catcher fits.
