A wide hollow base and a soft coastal shape, at the easiest price in the MJ Arsenal table range.

The hollow bottom does two jobs: it drops the centre of gravity so an eleven inch piece sits planted, and it gives the water room to move rather than sitting in a narrow column. The curve through the body is the part you notice in the hand, since there is no hard shoulder anywhere to catch a finger.

Handmade borosilicate, thick walled, with a 14mm joint. The matching downstem and flower bowl are both in the box, and any standard 14mm bowl fits if you want to swap.

Against the others

The Nexus is shorter with a suction base and an ice catcher, and the Spire runs a second perc and a splash guard for more filtration. The Laguna is the plainest and the cheapest of the three.
