Andy Roth's design for MJ Arsenal. Two percs, a splash guard, and a short production run.

The second perc is what you are paying for. One stage of filtration at the base, another above it, so the draw is broken up twice before it reaches the neck. The built in splash guard sits at the top and stops water coming up with a hard pull, which is the usual cost of running this much filtration.

Eleven and a quarter inches of handmade borosilicate with a 14mm joint and the matching flower bowl included. Andy Roth also designed the Quadra Peak top, and his work tends to be recognisable by how restrained it is next to the rest of a brand's catalogue.

MJ Arsenal made this one in very limited supply, and it is sold while stock lasts rather than restocked on a schedule.

Against the others

The Laguna is the simpler eleven inch piece at a lower price, and the Nexus trades filtration for a suction base that will not tip. More Andy Roth work on the Quadra Peak Top.
