Nine inches of borosilicate in a silicone shell, with the lighter and the poker docked to the body.

The magnetic silicone sleeve is the reason to pick this one. A standard lighter clips to the side of the pipe and stays there, and the metal tool slots in alongside it, so the three things you always lose travel as one object. The silicone foot stores the bowl cap and a removable mouthpiece cap that seats flush, which means it can go in a bag packed and capped.

Underneath the silicone it is a straightforward, well built water pipe: thick borosilicate tube, a 14mm joint, a four inch glass downstem and a glass and silicone flower bowl, all removable for cleaning. The silicone takes the impacts a nine inch tube usually does not survive.

Which Core

This is the largest of the three. The Core Bubbler gives you water filtration at under five inches, and the Core Hand Pipe is the dry pocket version.

Care

Sea salt and 70% isopropyl for the glass. Isopropyl and a water rinse for the silicone, dried fully before reassembly.
